Chronological Resume
Chronological
Resume Sample (PDF: 18k)
This is an example of a chronological resume. This format is ideal where you
have consistent work experience in the same or similar field as your career objective.
Recruiters and some hiring managers prefer this logical, easy to qualify format.
Ageless Functional Resume
Ageless Functional Resume Sample (PDF: 17k)
An ageless resume is a resume designed to highlight experience and achievements without
revealing a candidate's chronological age. Why do this? Do this to present your
"best self" on paper and to avoid initial age discrimination. This resume
is in a functional format which focuses on different position functions
and is helpful if you are changing careers or have gaps in your experience.
Text-Only Scannable Resume
The text-only resume (e-resume) is basically a block
version of your resume without any formatting. In most cases,
an employer or jobsite portal will advise you when to send a
text-only resume. When in doubt, ask.
