Wade Geary
Owner, Atlanta Career Transition
 Wade Geary is a respected career transition consultant in private practice. Formerly on
the staff of Right Management, a global career transition firm, Wade's expertise includes
resume development, interview coaching, and strategic research. He is an expert in helping
international clients succeed in their career search, and he has participated in several
corporate reorganizations, including those of Pfizer, Ocean Spray, Ace International, Footstar
and Pharmacia.
A baby boomer who spent much of his career life as Human Resource Director for the Defense
Contract Audit Agency, Wade's human resources experience includes recruitment, performance
management, affirmative action, and training and development.
Wade is an experienced corporate trainer and storyteller who has received outstanding reviews
for his “Strategic Interviewing” and “Effective Performance
Appraisals” seminars. He engages his participants with references and anecdotes from
his life experience — ranging
from fitness and nature topics to lessons he learned in the human resources field.
Wade received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Mississippi State and is a
graduate of the Justice Center of Atlanta. He is also a certified personal trainer, a naturalist,
and a wilderness survival expert.
